THE LOG CABIN AND CABIN PACKAGES
The Cabin is a replica of the original log cabin, which was built in 1927, and sits at the highest point of Wickham Park. Built of cedar logs, it provides a lovely location for events from meetings and seminars to baby showers and weddings.
The cabin interior includes hardwood floors, a limited kitchen facility, tables, chairs and a beautiful stone fireplace. Rental groups can decorate the facility to create the desired atmosphere for any event.
The Cabin is available for rental in April thru October during normal park hours (9:30AM – dusk) Monday – Sunday or for evening events until 11PM. The maximum seating capacity in the Cabin is 50 persons. The Cabin Package includes an adjacent 30′ x 60′ tent accommodating 120 people. Options are available for larger groups. Furnishings are provided with rentals. Restrooms are located in and near the Cabin and are handicapped accessible as is the Cabin itself.
All cabin rentals include the use of the cabin garden and parking.
